A DEDICATED TEAM
Sustainable 9 Design + Build is a small, family-owned company backed by a talented team that places great value on building relationships with clients and subcontractors. Since its inception, the firm’s sole commitment has been to create sustainably built, high-performance, healthy homes that are architecturally design-forward. While a home’s design aesthetic is always important, so are the products and materials used to bring it to life.
PASSION FOR CRAFT
At Sustainable 9, the team believes exceptional homes begin with exceptional people. Its artisans, engineers, architects, and designers are united by a shared commitment to creating innovative, beautiful, and enduring spaces. Guided by the principles of sustainability, modern design, innovation, and uncompromising quality, the company approaches every project with intention and care. While these values serve as the firm’s foundation, it is the team’s passion for the craft that truly drives the work.
ONE-STOP SHOP
Sustainable 9 is a true design-build firm in every sense. Its simple, one-stop approach integrates a single design team working together from start to finish in open, purposeful collaboration. Having one entity to work with streamlines the process and paves the way for more creative design and an exceptional result. It also supports cost savings, a more efficient schedule, and greater overall project clarity.
